In a state of gratitude, we say yes to life. We affirm that, all in all, life is good and has elements that make it worth living. You feel a love and appreciation for what you have and for the source of what you have. When you feel down about what you currently lack, practice gratitude; to practice, truly feel grateful. Hold an image in your mind of what you are grateful for. Sitting in gratitude raises your vibration. The positive vibration of gratitude attracts and creates more of what you are grateful for.
